On the verge of a new decade, it’s a good time to rethink our hectic lifestyles. Slow down a bit and realign. #Happy2020.
In this hectic world of information bombardment and constant doing, it often feels as though we’re in perpetual motion – but getting nowhere.
I find myself doing too much and being too little. Overload leads to less productivity unless I carve out time to just ‘be.’ With the start of a new decade, my goal is to take more time to pause, to recharge, to be.
Take some time to “just be” in the new decade. Wishing you a peaceful, purposeful and productive 2020!
