On 11 march 2020, Covid-19 was declared a global pandemic. Little did we know we would wait a year to see light at the end of the tunnel.

Winter is coming. Getting outside for air and exercise will require creative thinking during this pandemic.

During these uncertain times, finding simplicity in the environment has been great in uplifting my spirits.

At this writing, day 67 on PAUSE in New York state, our resiliency is being tested. How will we continue to respond?

Let’s face it, times are not good. The Coronavirus has overtaken the world. I’m finding inventive ways of coping.
